Brisk sales are putting Aragon PropertiesEnigma on the Park closer and closer to the start of construction, and the developers are now preparing to relocate the on-site sales centre in the coming months to make way for the 9-storey condominium and townhome project, designed by Quadrangle Architects.

The development will rise on the quiet, low-density St. Helens Avenue, taking advantage of the adjacent MacGregor Park to the immediate south. Of course, besides the great recreational opportunities that the park represents for residents of Enigma, another of the perks of having a park right next door is that the views for south facing residents will be forever protected from being blocked out by future development.

Enigma on the Park is offering condo and townhome units from 420 square feet up to 1,567 square feet, with prices ranging from $231,900 up to $999,900. Residents at Enigma will have access to amenities including a theatre, a gym, and a rooftop terrace lounge with a fire pit and a barbecue area with al fresco dining space. The number of amenity spaces at Enigma has been kept relatively short, which will result in lower maintenance fees for unit owners.

The surrounding area also has plenty to offer in the way of neighbourhood amenities. In addition to the many shops and new restaurants of the Bloordale and Dundas West neighbourhoods, the area also offers a collection of private art galleries to the north of the development, as well as the future home of MoCCA, which will take up residence in 2017 in the soon-to-be revitalized Art Deco Tower Automotive building a short distance to the west.

Transportation will also be made easy, with the location being a short 5 minute walk from Bloor GO Station and the new UP Express, as well as Dundas West and Lansdowne subway stations on the TTC's Line 2.

We will be keeping our eyes peeled for any activity at the site, and will return with updates as work begins. For now, additional information and renderings of Enigma on the Park can be found in our dataBase file, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion?
