The construction of MOD, Graywood, and Five St. Joseph Developments' FIVE Condos has added hundreds of new homes to the intersection of Yonge and St. Joseph, while restoring and incorporating several historic commercial properties. Back on December 10, 2005, the project was still a few years away from starting, and the block of historic storefronts on Yonge Street were showing signs of age.

Fast forward to today, and the 48-storey, Hariri Pontarini Architects-designed condominium development, still months from completion, has already made an impressive mark on Yonge Street with the juxtaposition of its modern and restored historic components.
