Another condominium tower is rising into the Toronto skyline, as construction progresses on Concert Properties' 88 Scott. The Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed 58-storey tower has reached its halfway point, and is now starting to make an impact on the Financial District skyline when viewed from the east.
