Plans are evolving for Great Gulf and Hullmark's redevelopment of 48 Power Street, with the latest iteration of the project having appeared at the City of Toronto's Design Review Panel last month. The site houses a three-storey structure that was most recently occupied by the Sing Tao Daily newspaper, demolition of which commenced earlier this month. New photos submitted to the project's Forum thread by contributor Razz highlight the ongoing demolition of the structure.
