Following our recent tour of the on-site presentation centre for Mattamy and Biddignton's J. Davis House, we take a closer look at the Midtown Toronto's project's interiors. A first glimpse of new renderings and a more in-depth overview of the suite vignette give us better insight into the Graziani + Corazza-designed interiors.

Located on Yonge Street in Toronto's Davisville neighbourhood, the 9 storey Graziani + Corazza building will add 191 homes to the area. Ranging in size from 295 ft² to 1,650 ft², the one and two-bedroom suites will feature modern interiors with a range of available finishes. A rendering of the kitchen shows a dark wood tone dominating the space, with minimalistic cabinetry and in-built stainless steel appliances.

The first rendering of a bathroom shows off a similarly appointed space, with the same wood tone accenting a neutral colour palette. The shower features textured tiling, giving the space a subtly luxurious ambiance.

Our tour of the suite vignette also offered us a preview of the bathroom and kitchen spaces, each with slightly different finishes. Below, the lighter bathroom cabinetry creates a more unified colour palette for the space. Otherwise, the same light, slightly warm tones seen in the rendering characterize the space.

Another aesthetic for the kitchen is also on display at the sales centre, with the vignette outfitted in lighter cabinetry and darker accents. A central kitchen island is shown in both images, with both configurations also displaying generous cabinet space.

Residents will enjoy a selection of amenities including a lobby with lounge space (seen below), a fitness centre, a party room, and a sauna—all appointed by the interior design division of Graziani + Corazza Architects. The project will also feature landscaping by Terraplan, with new plantings set to improve the public realm at ground level.
