Sales continue for Madison Homes' Briar Hill City Towns, and a recent visit to the project's presentation centre by UrbanToronto contributor Johnny Au reveals that just a handful of units remain available for the Kirkor Architects-designed townhome community at Dufferin and Briar Hill. Of the 124 units originally on offer across the development's six blocks, just 24 two-storey back to back units remain, while the single-level units have completely sold out.

Units at Briar Hill City Towns come in sizes ranging from 709 square feet up to 1,494 square feet, and feature two-storey layouts that feature living and dining areas on the lower floor and bedrooms above. In our most recent update about the project, we got a taste of the suite interiors via a suite vignette appointed by Paula Gauci of Turner Fleischer Architects.

Residents at Briar Hill City Towns will enjoy private outdoor spaces for ground level units, while upper levels will have generously-sized private rooftop terraces offering views of the surrounding neighbourhood and the Toronto skyline beyond.
